i'm not sure that ceiling is painted like a 'Persian' rug... more like a (insert correct term for indigenous American) blanket

I'm not sure where that print is from but some Persian rugs really do look kind of like Native American prints. Each region in Iran has their own rug style, and one of them looks kinda Native. The style on that ceiling looks Persian to me but I could be wrong. Afghani rugs also have similar colors and styles to that one.

And wasps, and roaches, and daddy-long-legs, and barn swallows, and the entirety of the fauna of Texas! The holey-ass walls were the first thing I noticed, and I looked to make sure they weren't behind glass or anything. I don't believe they are. It's a boathouse, so whatever, I guess...but if you have a table in there and use it, you're gonna have obnoxious insect guests.

Honestly this is pretty freaking cool but I wanna point out that this is like the third post I've seen from this architecture group in the last couple hours.
